Yep, And another Inconvenient Truth is they don't need them! Just look at the pitiful capacity factors for existing coal fired generation there. Power consumption in China is not growing. More and more polluting, fossil fueled generation is being displaced by clean, sustainable "built at home" renewables! Solar PV in just a few years will be the gorilla in the room. Zero emissions!
