There's never been a real insurrection without armed combatants using deadly weapons. So calling this "mostly peaceful" protest an insurrection is just DNC propaganda. And you know it.

So if they'd had more bombs, more guns and gotten more people killed, it wouldve been an insurrection. Seems to me that what made it an insurrection was its objective--to upend the peaceful transfer of power. The amount of hardware used was just enough to at least stop it temporarily even if the ultimate undoing of it failed. More hardware/violence would not have made a difference in categorizing it as an insurrection. Were it a little more peaceful or a little more violent is irrelevant. Trying to claim it as mostly peaceful is beside the point.
