I read the article.

For example here in the State of Washington where I live the voting process is entirely by mail in ballots.

After an election Audits are conducted to test voting machine readers to validate the accuracy of the systems.

We do find a few bad votes and usually they are the result of people using their dead relatives ballots.

The State has a record of all death certificates and it is quite easy to verify that these relatives illegally voted.

So they are subtracted from the counted votes and the persons are prosecuted.

You should visit our states counties systems.

I have and it's pretty impressive in it's accuracy.

Much more accurate than the previous system.
