What we are accomplishing with masks and good hygiene as you know is a reduction of exposure to pathogens.

Transmission to others..

If he showed up in a hospital operating room without a mask as an employee he would be fired immediately!

Masks dont stop virus xmission unless they seal completely and the weave is small enough to stop the virus particles. And if they do seal they are not masks but classified as respirators and you need a medical evaluation to wear one. The N95 and the cloth masks folks wear are less than useless since they trap bacteria and cause other problems. Its all theater. And control
