SEMI experts, INTC Fabs are clonally replicated across the globe, to my understanding. Is there any way of elucidating the number of lines, steppers,...CYMI bulbs etc. this Fab will contain?

The key phrase is: The plant will be used to develop technologies of the 0.13-micron generation and beyond and will eventually be converted into a volume manufacturing factory. I interpret that to mean several DUV (KrF, ArF, F2) equipped steppers and, perhaps, alternative technologies (XRL?) will be looked at in developing the sub-0.13 micron manufacturing process of choice. I wish to know INTC's timetable for achieving "volume production". Tulvio
