i will look at employee compensation on chewy when i have time . thanks for pointing it out.

Distribution rate on starwood reit back to 10% so i added a lil to my overweight position by trimming another overweight position burford which is making new highs. based on my projected financial needs getting 10% in a roth ira account is a pretty good deal and last time i checked starwoods book value was over $20. I recently heard on cnbc that real estate was undervalued compared to the usa and I think Starwood is expanding there from what i remember of the conference calls as well as into energy infrastructure. so i am hoping for long term share appreciation there as well.
