I think everyone here is well aware of our First Amendment rights. I (think) all that Terry was saying was that NAMX should consider taking legal action if anyone would knowingly post false and/or misleading information with respect to NAMX that may affect (effect?) the stock price.

Assuming you have an investment in NAMX, and assuming someone appears on this thread and posts lies about NAMX, and assuming the stock price drops considerably due to those posted lies, would you simply shrug your shoulders and say "Hey, it's his/hers First Amendment Rights"?

What I mean is making statements that are not true and that can defame a company such as NAMX. By the way I have internet serve thru the library which has a very good rate.
