How will the "window of opportunity" for TAVA be closing by then. Are you expecting all the EC's to be miraculously identified, repaired and replaced by some other entity?

Most companies that have not repaired critical systems by 2000 will be out of business. If they don't find out they have a problem until 1/1/2000, can they afford to shut down for the assessment and repair? Unless the systems can be fixed within days, it won't matter. Are you expecting Tava to miraculously identify, repair and replace all of these systems within days or weeks?

Sure, there will still be work to do on less critical systems, but it will be waning and will be much more price sensitive. What kind of earnings multiple would you be willing to pay for a declining business?
