Texas Instruments currently trades at $56 or approx 28x trailing earnings. 21.3x forward 98 and 16.1x forward 99 (according to Zacks).

ADI based on 29 is selling at 28x trailing earnings (thru 1/98 qtr). 21.48x forward 98 and 17.4x forward 99 (according to Zacks). 5yr Avg P/E was 26.1.

Is this fair value? Looks like the mutual funds/institutions are buying today big time in the 27 3/4 to 29 ranges.
