The business never really have a chance of getting FDA approval.
That's the trick. As a stock trader, you never really know unless you have some insider knowledge on how well the Phase III clinical trial is going.

Just like in Texas Hold 'Em, you seldom bluff unless you hold a hand that is worth something, or at least has a good chance of drawing into something good.

In other words, it's a percentage play, which means failure isn't really a certainty.
