Brad - Excellent post!

I appreciate the hard work that went into culminating that information.

Let's use Brad's post as the anchor for future posts. No more hype, speculation or bash. Instead, dig into the information that Brad has provided and help fill in the details. Since I have never spoken with the company myself, much of my impression of this company has been formed by posts on this thread. Posts such as Brads is what I for one like to read...Concise, unemotional, informative.

Thanks,
JohnnyH

Great post Brad!

I see in your bio you owned several successful businesses...probably because you were as meticulous and organized as you appear to be on this thread.

Thanks again for the hard work that we all benefit from.

Brad,
Regarding your "overview"... in the beginning you say that Myriad did about $60 million last year, then later on you say they did $45-50 million... which is it?

You say that Firamada's profits are "slightly higher" than industry averages... yet FAMH is claiming (by my best calculations, listed in earlier posts) that they made a net profit of 30 percent last year, while the industry average is perhaps 6 percent.

That looks like five times as high to me. I'm dying to hear the Feb. 23 explanation for THAT.

You list 41 million shares as outstanding.... wow. That's the first time I've heard this number. Where did this number come from? Did Ira mention it during your meeting?

Finally... How many shares will last year's earnings be based on?

Thanks for posting,
L.E.

>>TOTAL SHARES OUTSTANDING: Apx 41 Million<<

You mean they have actually doubled their shares outstanding since November of 1997. That is a very bad sign. I know they only used 2.5MM for the Myriad purchase. Any idea where all the rest went?

I would urge any new buyers to be very careful here. These guys are printing more paper than Uncle Sam!!
