Darleen There may be some "understanding" with MOT and friendly cooperation in certain matters to which we all are not privy. CYI could well come become a take over play somewhere down the line, whether it be MOT or some other corporation. Whether it happens or not is moot at this time, but things do happen. MOT hopefully would not infringe on CYI technology, they have deep pockets, and they could make a good bid for CYI if they desired it that bad. Of course, in business, you have to watch your back, there are a lot of "vultures" out there willing to take advantage of the small fry. Hope MOT has more class than be a dirty predator. Jim
