any woman who was fingered without her consent will claim to have been raped. And no woman who was sexually assaulted will give a Brandon about the distinction between "rape rape" and "sexual abuse."
Agreed.

I agree. Women are entitled under the law to absolute control in this situation, anyone who acts against her control deserves some sort of trial.

But there are a few requirements.

One, is there must be evidence, which she did not produce. I don't know what it would be, but we'd like to know why an entire floor of a department store would be EMPTY during business hours. Never been in that one, maybe you have. But I've been in department stores and I never saw one without a single sales clerk within sight. The problem is, she doesn't know what year it happened in, let alone what day.

THIS is the reason there are statutes of limitations. And the reason the Supreme Court ought to reverse this entire thing.

Men and women alike are known for terrible memories.

About ten years ago I ran into a guy I had known in my teens on Facebook. We struck up a conversation, and I said, "I've never forgotten the time we were in that black VW of yours and hit the kid on the bicycle at 9th & Hickory." (This would have been about 50 years ago).

After a while he rights back and says, "Hey, I don't remember hitting a kid on bicycle. I had a black '63 Falcon, but never had any VWs!"

Well, we hit the kid on the bike because it freaked me the hell out; I thought the kid was going to be seriously injured (he wasn't; he got up and rode off). But the man knows what kind of car he had. Neither of us remembered the situation as it was.

This is how things are. She might have been infatuated with Trump, I don't know. He apparently wasn't too interested in her.

But it is important to keep in mind that humans don't always remember things that well, particularly when we get to be 80 or so. Some are like Biden and can't remember anything. Some are like Trump and strong memories and cognitive function.
