Inode, So, you can see there is one that looks messed up. That's progress. I've been saying it ever since the charges were filed. From the moment I read the filing, I knew that they were rather weak, and that people who wanted to see Trump in jail would have to put their hopes elsewhere. But you still find the EJC trial to be legitimate Yes I do, because I take it for what it's worth. It's not a criminal case, but rather a freakin' civil lawsuit. The exact charge was defamation, not sexual assault. It is plainly obvious to anyone that the lawsuit has no effect on Trump's political standing, nor is it going to hit Trump's bank account all that hard. So much for that "wItCh hUnT wItCh hUnT wItCh hUnT" bullshit that Trump repeats ad nauseum. Trump could have easily settled for pennies on the dollar. Trump could have also paid the original $5M judgement and make the case go away. But Trump is utterly incapable of doing that. His big fat mouth keeps getting him into trouble, so $5M now became $88M. Why? Because Trump is pathological. He WANTS it to be about his pErSeCuTiOn at the hands of the dEeP sTaTe. Yet you choose to believe this pathological liar over E.
