perhaps the video exaggerates w/r to Jacksonville? I cannot judge for am too far away. on my side an ordinary taxi driver can hold a conversation w/ me and anyone I know except scientists, which makes cab rides entertaining whenever I choose to engage I enjoy chatting with cab drivers on topics ranging from macro economics to geopolitics, and generally current events I find I enjoy same whenever visiting USA, talking with cab drivers, however I do note the cab drivers are mostly new immigrants
