No. If it is done without case t it would be potentially criminal.

However, during the course of sexual relations digital penetration occurs but the female rejects after digital penetration but before vaginal penetration. Can the digital penetration then be found to have been Criminal?

Has a crime been committed? It has not.

Just the fact that digital penetration occurred it is not automatically criminal and a subsequent inter course still becomes a rape.

These are complex interactions and the criminal acts are, apparently, rape and generic sexual touching. That could mean anything that an unscrupulous woman or one with a poor memory wants it to me.

It is actually quite sick they way it is implemented.

Brumar, I saved that post from Inode.

He now believes that fingering a woman doesn't constitute rape or sexual assault.

He also argued that fingering a woman who doesn't explicitly object to it beforehand is OK.

Many years ago, I created the #sharkierule because Land Shark argued the following:

Message 31359875
Yeah she claimed he [Al Franken] grabbed her butt. And she didn't so much as flinch.
So if some woman is touched inappropriately, and she doesn't flinch (e.g. she's frozen in fear), then it isn't sexual assault, according to the #sharkierule.

It seems like Inode is now applying the #sharkierule in defense of Trump "grabbing 'em by the pussy."

And yes, I don't think Inode's wife or daughters (if he has any) would agree.
