Craig,

So what will the spin be from the bulls if the numbers don't look so hot?

I will go on record now saying that I'm going to pick up more Osicom after the earnings come out whether they are good or bad. I personally don't have incredible confidence that Osicom's earnings are going to be on target this quarter. I selfishly am hoping that the price will dip back into the 4s if earnings are so-so.

You are correct in your facts regarding the Gigamux and Net-Arm. Sales aren't going to start ramping up 'till next quarter. I've known that for the past few months. I think you are using the word excuses too loosely. Explanations may be a better word.

Grant

Craig- Once again you are proving how little you know about what is fundamentally going on with Osicom.

Were you really expecting any substantial revenues from the Gigamux in Q4?

You should know by now that the telco's that are expected to be placing the big orders require about 4 - 6 months of evaluation. A couple of these evaluations began late in the 3rd qtr, but the majority of them didn't begin until mid - late Q4... implying that the big orders and substantial resulting revenues should begin in late Q1 - early Q2. Personally, I'm only expecting about $400 - 500k in Q4 from GigaMux and about $2 million in Q1, followed by a dramatic rampup in subsequent quarters.

NetARM, while they are using the chip in their products now, and already have numerous design wins, won't begin contributing appreciably to the revenues until late Q2 - early Q3, as it is expected to take about 6 months for the users to incorporate them into their products and change manufacturing to accomodate the new component or process. But while it's not expected to add to the revenues for about 6 months, it should increase the Gross Margins of products that it is implemented in and the printer manufacturers that use it (replace it now) instead of their print server boards provided by Osicom.

IQX-200 - No excuses or explaining to do here! It started selling in late Q3 and has really begun to pick up steam. This product should really help out in Q4 and much more in Q1.

So for the most part, Q4 won't show much of the new products contributions. If they were expected to, I believe the price would be much higher than where it is today.
