I have been around for a while. Listened to the Nuclear Experts saying the mathematics on risk said there could not be be problem in millions of years. That was very popular during the 1970's.

Then Jane Fonda appeared in "The China Syndrome". Good Movie.

edit:- If you watch the movie, some corruption is involved in the story line. It only becomes evident for sure when things go out of control.

Then Three Mile Island happened a few months afterwards

Then they said they made a mistake in the maths. A cursory investigation showed they were totally lying for years and all sorts of folks had tried to blow the whistle on the "Math".

You have a great attachment to the "official" story, whatever is the current fad with Authority. A great salesman for the current thing.

Sometimes it's advisable to look at the risks. Have a hard look at the risks with rose coloured glasses removed.

<<A Brief History of Nuclear Accidents Worldwide>>

I think "The China Syndrome" says it better then any report. That and Three Mile Island happening a short time after that. It was a "wtfu" moment for sure.

What do you think of the Solar Waste problem, as reported in India?
