I saw that article in The Epoch Times. I do hope they come up with a simple saliva test for this horrid disease. My dad died of colon cancer, and I worry about my boys. Neither one is interested in having a colonoscopy, but I'm working on it.

"Smoking" is low temperature....generally, around 200 degrees (180-225)....low and slow. Your smoked tri-tip, ribs, or jerky for that matter ain't gonna give you cancer.

PAH's are the result of not watching the grill and letting your steaks burst into flames...charred meat....burnt carbon. FWIW of course.
