Actually, YOU argued it:
"Ukraine is in a war for its own survival. Of course they're going to draft every able bodied man (and woman)."

Now that you know they are not drafting every able bodied man and women (not even close), do you think they think it's an emergency? Are they looking for their own survival, or just our money?
