There are problems with them. I got the all on four. If I did it again not sure I would do it.

You can feel where the implants are, especially the top center two that go by your sinuses, The teeth go out into your upper lip farther than your real teeth did. Pushing it out.

Because of this your speech is different and difficult. It restricts the movement of your upper lip.

I'm having another set of teeth made out of Zirconia that should solve that problem.

I can eat anything. The speech thing is the biggest drawback of the titanium/acrylic teeth.
