Bill,
You said if it was an emergency they would be drafting every able bodied man (or woman). Since they are only drafting people over 26 years old, you think it's not an emergency. Right?
I also said that they won't draft every able bodied man or woman at the same time.

As for their minimum age limit of 26, I don't know the reason why it's set at that level.
