madsen has been buying some fscx shares and may need the $ because fscx surely hasn't made him any.

Sounds perfectly logical and in my opinion shouldn't concern shareholders of NN. Now if TM were to unload 1/3 of his holdings, we'd have a different story.

That is the fact about Fastcomm and not just your
opinion .. I think he has worried more about NN's
stock price than Fastcomm's...that, of course, is my opinion..
