July 15th, 97 the 3 motions (out of the 11) that were rejected, were later (2wks?) submitted to the PAC= Political Administrative Committee by Judge Acuna on an appeal by KRY lawyers. The 15th of July was the date that PDG announced they had won the gold rights. BS! Chief Justice Cecilia Gomez - head of the SCJ said that the PAC's 4th decision on the I. Mael (KRY) vs. Minca (CVG/PDG) would be FINAL with no appeal. Remember the first 3 ruling went in I. Mael's favour. And it is the same judges ruling for the forth and final time. I. Mael holds title to the property. Have "david" check the land registry in the Bolivar State office. All the MEM did was give COW's (contract of work) to Minca, and CVG promised PDG that CVG would turn these into concessions. to get the concessions you must have title to the property. they don't!!!! Have you ever wondered why the MEM is even talking to KRY if KRY did not have a hope and prayer of having the gov't (MEM) recognize its title to LC 4&6? Doesn't take a genius to figure it out! Even PRO TRADER should be able to figure this out. PRO TRADER: I will give you the house number if you give me the house you are trading under. Guess what? I bought more yesterday at $9.20. Sold them the day before at $ 11.35. I have a # of shares I will trade, and I have a number of shares I will not. So come on owe up, how much are you really SHORT???
