but dont bet on them loosing ,the case is a dificult one
any thing can happen but not in the short term

Walter, Thats quite a rumor mill you have there. Looking back over you past posts in reference to KRY, you have been pretty positive and now you appear to have changed sides or at less wishing to cause some doubt. Are you shaking the tree?
