I have the same plan. I will over size my position as this sells off then wait 31 days and sell out a good chunk of my high cost shares. My avg cost is $24.26/share probably because I have been adding in larger chunks at/near $18/share.

Their dividend continues to be paid (management supporting it) as the payout ratio still under 50%. A 10% div yield is equivalent to what Private Equity will loan money out.
It's very hard to time the lows on these restructures. However for the long term value investor, you do not get the chance too often to buy a Dividend Aristocrat at bargain basement prices. Their problem is identified and a solution in progress. Now it is just time.
