We don't see the real product now, do we? It is very possible that Sony has the HiFD system working perfectly in their labs today. I don't know. But I have seen no reports to indicate that they have ever demonstrated a fully functional version. If someone has information about such a demonstration, I'd be very interested in seeing it. - Allen
