There's just a lot of unanswered questions. No need to attack anyone or go for each others throats.

I take it you are making a sort of general statement. It would be directed towards me and others that have voiced opinion on the same message I responded to. I am writing from that angle.

I have no problem with other people having a different opinion than, say, myself. What I have problems with is people who talk about third party behind their back. In this case stating that Zulu should be able to effortlessly pull off a 10[K/Q] while merging and reorganizing, see the infinite wisdom in keeping any and all investors informed to the hilt at all possible times (I am putting a little extra spin on it here :) while also doing some 'hara kiri' type PR moves. The same views presented in a manner that conveys insight would be a-ok with me. But instead it is presented like: 'it is this simple, you have to agree with me'. I had TraderGreg pegged as a more perceptive person.

Just to be clear: the post did not come across as being a joke or ironic to me. If it was, I am sorry, please disregard the following.

I usually don't find it worth my time to respond to messages that are clearly provocative or just 'agressively daft'. Usually silence makes the issue go away. But I guess I was in a suggestable state at the time and the actual post manages to stack a whole lot of, shall we say, 'quaint' opinions of how Zulu should run their business.

When you are a bb and your price is anywhere below $1 a 10Q really isn't the first priority. However it helps investors to believe in the company and feel more confident about their investment. I don't know all the rule's but news about what is going on and returned phone calls and e-mails are at least a courtesy.

I agree with some of the options expressed in the original post. For example, filing a 10* is important. But not if it means either making a bad job of the 10* or neglecting some other more burning issue like consolidating the merger. Or dressing up the web site if that means that the 10* and/or the merger work gets held up. Zulu is IMO prioritizing internal consolidation right now. We will see external results when they are ready. Some info can be gotten now from IR.

It is a known fact that some key personel in Zulu has become p-o:ed at a few individual investors that has approached the company. I have nothing to say against either part, I wasn't there. Trying to go at IR or the company with a pry bar is not likely to yield great results right now. Easy does it. Courtesy and respect will get you more. I am not saying that one should refrain from asking questions but do it nice like.

We were spoiled with frequent news releases before. I think we might be witnessing some symptoms of withdrawal during this quiet period. Please be patient people. Or talk to the company. Or sell and forget about Zulu. Do whatever. It is your call, not mine or anybody elses.

It is hard to get a full grip on the Zulu situation. It has many aspects and everything is not public knowledge. I will try to contribute a with something more useful than just comments up ahead. I hold a small position in Zulu and I hope to grow it.

Peace!
