Steakhouse and Delbocavista - I also quickly scanned sedar and couldn't find a Zentek shelf. After some digging, I believe the offering registration requirements in Canada are different from the US. In Canada, companies may file a "shelf prospectus" which I think is the equivalent of a shelf registration statement in the US. Or they can file a prospectus for each offering, as it appears Zentek did for the Nov 2021 offering. More info here: osc.ca
