Del
It’s been said many times on these boards that the hope was big Pharma would show interest in the Zen Aptamer and ultimately make a huge offer to purchase it.
Now with potential of up to 50 million shares landing in a buyers hands and the resulting dilution makes a whole different scenario.
We really don’t know what’s happening and as usual we are left to speculate. Be nice to see what the plan is

That is a good take, Del, and you could be right. There are so many possibilities here. At the small end, it's a risk management move (a core competency of someone we know) to make sure we can keep the lights on while we await approvals and contracts. The company could issue small amounts of shares intermittently as needed for current cash needs. At a larger scale, as you suggest, it's a way to bring onboard a partner/investor. Or, the shares could just sit on the shelf.
