"BERLIN, April 25 (Reuters) - China must stop supporting Russia's war in Ukraine if it wants to enjoy good relations with the West, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday, warning Beijing in unusually harsh words it cannot have it both ways."

Is there any kind of official agreement supporting this guarantee?

That's not how it works. The Western countries dangle EU membership, make a big deal about it with referendums, and then slip in NATO in the middle of the night, no referendums.

BTW, do you know the result of the referendums were in Sweden and Finland?
