You made the claim...why can't you answer? Military Strategy...isn't motivation a key component? ...that one country is free to do whatever and another country isn't? That's what the Ukraine war is ALL about. NATO can expand at will. The CIA can overthrow sovereign nations' government because Western views are "good" and all others are "bad". The US can nuke Japan but any other country with nukes is "bad". The US can have bases in almost every country on Earth but other countries doing the same are "bad". worldpopulationreview.com For good or bad, that is what China, Russia, most of Africa and much of the rest of the world are questioning. You do get that, right?
