yeah, send Mr. Johnson over to the Boink thread, and (in the words of the chicken) we'll "blowtorch his blubbery butt and light the drippings."

<Well, good.>

Nay, better than great, even; superb.

I don't know the details, I do know that any time the Branch Manager has to hit the Branch Kitty for the Slush, the Customer has just Won the Game. Is it a publicly traded institution?

Good job.

WAY TO GO Paul---I'm so excited for you!!! Does this mean the troubles are over with the house thingy? I hate when people who have power over other people's money and lives forget that compassion can go hand in hand with good business. A lot of times they carry it so far the other way, that the business suffers.
Hey! I'm floating a few inches above my chair! An empathy hover!

Would taht I could have had that satisfying a fiduciary experience last I went, but the young attractive lass attending us was so fetching and so customer-friendly that Wife was forced to take the reins. III was far too, er, engrossed to be of much help. 'S okay, though, cause Wife is very good at negotiations with reptiles.

Congratulations. I once had a most satisfying encounter with representatives of the ICC over a move in which Much China was broken. Bekins didn't show a great deal of interest in sending an inspector, and so finally one day, enraged after the forty-millionth phone call to them, I tried the ICC. Had a craven Bekins VP on the line 15 minutes later.

I felt so very good.
