Joachim, I don't care who was throwing a punch, if I was the driver the safety of the other passengers is paramount, it would be lights out for the little perp. If I were the driver, I'd defend without throwing a retaliatory punch, even if I were legally and morally justified in doing so. Instead, I'd seek out the parents. I would name and shame them. Then I would name and shame this punk's teacher, the school principal, his relatives, and anyone else whose name would be dishonored* by this punk's blatantly disrespectful actions.
