Which policy would be my question and also what about the policies of all the surrounding nations and peoples - particularly the Pals?

Israel has an acceptable relationship with a number of neighboring countries now and was approaching one with the Saudis, potentially more to follow, until it got busted. Remember that others of those countries practice a religion that is borderline barbaric. I don't expect as much from them as from Israelis, who have a religion and culture with Western standards, and the resources to take the lead.

I'm a pragmatist. IMO, Bibi is blowing an opportunity for a lasting peace because he won't even consider a collaborative end game. He's still pushing settlements. I don't think he's behaving in the best interests of his people.

If you think that's anti-Semitic, show me where.
