CITI- What can i say all five people plus the one my wife spoke to today were courteous and empathetic but none of them were able to furnish me with my credit card details despite the nice email I got saying that my credit card was approved as of yesterday april 29 th. No one suggested that they could possibly expedite getting the credit card to me. I really have no idea who American airlines and Citi are catering to. That is likely the last Citi card I bother with. Seems like the perfect way to alienate tens of thousands of customers. From my conversations this problem seemed to be like old hat to them. Well if anyone from Citi management reads this and wonders why people cancel their cards quickly you will know why.
