Winning Presidential elections is in large part no different than understanding when to hold and fold your individual stock positions. Biden was a good choice in 2020. The other candidates were largely far left candidates and the DNC was smart in cutting off the primaries early and getting the other candidates to join forces behind Biden, who was perceived at that time as the most moderate candidate. Fast forward to 2024 and Biden has served his purpose and it is time for the DNC to move on to another candidate who has a much better shot in beating Trump. Biden is holding a big time losing hand. He cannot win a second term. A Fake heart attack or other illness can easily be created under the guise of removal. Standing pat here is the equivalent of holding long positions during a secular bear market.
