My sources in Ven also say there is no Step 2. What you will likely see is KRY announcing new concessions in Ven-albeit small ones, from
their last trip to Ven. They will promote these new concessions as
having the same potential as Las Cristinas and the story will go on..
eventually there will be 100 million shares out and they will roll
it back 10 for 1. Sound familiar?

david; since you are from Venezuela you maybe interested in an article that the Financial Post (reputable Canadian newspaper) has just release in February 19th, 1998 edition. I am sure it has been posted on this FORUM. Read it and let me know what you think?
this appears to be the only news articles that have any credibility with the North American investor/speculator/trader.
