Yet we have the same result. It still doesn't say what you claim it said.

"Undocumented migrant" is not the same as "illegal migrant." You seem to use the term, illegal, to mean any migrant that you don't want. While I understand the sentiment, your terminology nevertheless makes you either a liar or stupid if you refuse to acknowledge that the article doesn't say what you claim it says.
