Twister, even if that's what it means (and I don't think it is -- it could as easily mean HP _expects_ to win in those cases, or even that it expects to lose less often than it has been) it's STILL not conclusive, because Sun may be bidding things HP isn't even invited to (and vice versa, of course, but the point is that it doesn't compel a conclusion one way or the other). Take a course in logic at your local JC, and then let's talk.
