IT is as much of a piecework of political interests as any system in existence. It is crap. The law is uncontrolled, outgrown & outdated, poorly decided, inconsistent, error-inducing, and manipulated. Just for openers. It is a national embarrassment by any measure. And as we saw in 2020, terribly subject to manipulation after all these years. I do credit you with creativity on your claims, however.
