Litigation is a broad term. While there can certainly be context, no one who looked at this objectively would say it is "secure". Which was how we got off on this. This is not secure, and cannot be made secure on the hopes that some fraction of cases will end up in court. The reality is, I would hope so, but you likely would not. Because you want everyone to be able to vote with no questions asked. That is not me. In truly democratic elections the voting process is sacrosanct. Not in the US. Anything goes when Dems want to steal an election. And we all watched it happen in 2020.
