I have based my view of that trial on the sheer lack of evidence. I think anyone that seriously believes that woman was raped in a department store that was somehow left with a floor without a single person, including a cashier, with merchandise sitting out on the counters and people banging in the dressing rooms is ridiculously stupid. No security at all, with cash registers complete with cash sitting out on the counter. Really? And then it turns out the entire scenario was presented on TV 15 years ago with the precise details of this most bizarre of cases. Are you stupid or something?
