Can you explain to me how you rationalize a partisan billionaire using his wealth to give selected voting areas with precinct-level control, an advantage over others (to the tune of 400+ million dollars), as being consistent with fair and honest elections? How, in your mind, would you rationalize this as acceptable?

It requires that you tell yourself, "Mark Zuckerberg is a good man who would NEVER use his wealth to tilt the election system." An absurd supposition.

How do you do that?
