When learning, working, saving, being honest, with virtuous Victorian values are punished, then there will be less of it.

France was once a great country. England was too. They have voted themselves way down the ranks of civilisation.

But there is still a good portion of England's population working well. Presumably also in France. Not everyone gives up easily.

England did vote for Thatcher a few times and did choose Brexit, so they do resist going down the gurgler. But Brexit was not enacted = the invaders are still getting in. The politicians are treacherous, traitorous, corrupt bastards. They enforced vaxxing and killing hundreds of thousands with the deadly COVID genetic engineering. For near zero cost they could have loaded everyone with vitamin D,
zinc, vitamin C, vitamin A and told them to swap to meat, eggs, milk, fish, and vegetables from sugar and other carbohydrates ( cake, bread, sugar cereals etc) and lose the fat gut fast.
