This is an excerpt from a post that Ron Struthers made on the IPM thread, regarding IPM. I think it applies in some ways to Naxos also.

"As for the stock, it recently hit it's all time low of $0.60 and the BRX project is farther advanced and IPM is a much stronger company technically than it was the last time we seen these levels. This low price is likely a reflection of the poor news but also a zero tolerance level with mining stocks among investors at this time. The bad news is emphazied and the good is ignored, this is opposite to what we had a year and half ago when a stock would soar if someone mentioned that they thought they seen gold in the drill core."
