I think I laid it out for you. Obviously Plouffe, as head of the CZ Initiative was simply directing things. But of course, he was running it, and whenever they needed more money Plouffe got it. It isn’t like anyone at CTCL called Mark Z up and said we need another 50M because a Houston judge is getting ready to mail ballot requests to last known addresses of dead people. That would have go from Tiana Epps Johnson to Plouffe who would get the money fro Zuckerberg.
