In Philly, for example, the money was used to fund storefronts, manned by Democrats, who could see neighborhood people privately and coach them on "how to fill out their ballots". In private settings where coaching could occur on improper topics. Where no Republican observers were allowed. Potentially, completing returns for the victims.

Any proof of that? Did you check the registration of the people working those storefronts? Now if they were offering help on filling out ballots, that should be done in private. Otherwise the vote isn't private any more. Did those grants say what you are claiming? Or are you just making shit up?

Again.

Ok, ok Lane3. I don't know if Noodles dreamed this up on his own or just saw a post or listened to a talking head make those claims. So for once, I won't call him a liar. Because it is possible he is stupid enough to think it was credible and so didn't question it. But I don't think he is stupid.
