I've covered this on another thread. Courts are simply not the place where you resolve cheating. Which is different from fraud.

That doesn't mean cheating is okay. We do not need for cheating to be part of our elections, even though it may not have been outlawed in some states. Yet.

We all know cheating when we see it, or we should, as adults.
