Reginald, Saying that the earnings do not look good is something of an understatement. On $44 million there is $15M for selling general and adminstrative. Let me point out that I do not own any of these shares but I follow the thread as I own a competitor. I would be screaming bloody murder at the directors who produced results like these. They are awful. Just my opinion.

Reginald: Well these earnings are better than I expected. Expense control has never been a VTEL forte yet for two quarters in a row they have done a good job at this. The new alliances do have some promise and certainly the Asia problem is something that many companies are experiencing. The way the stock behaved the last week made me think we were heading for a disaster yet these earnings are far from that. With PCTL doing so poorly, VTEL certainly must be considered the industry leader so at least the dream is still alive. I don't think it would take much for a spike up ( a few big contracts could do it) and the downside (with these earnings) is little. Worth holding for another quarter or two.
